When I was building this site, I ran into a HTML problem. I was having problems with the tables, amongst a few other things. I needed help, and there were only two people
I trusted enough to ask for help. Bas and Lina. I talked to Bas about it first.. I explained to him what the site was about, and showed him my HTML troubles. Bas was the first person to
see this site (besides Curtis, only because we live in the same house!). I was scared to show it to him.. I didn't know what his reaction would be. I knew that if he thought the site was a bad idea, he would tell me, and I really needed that
feedback. I need someone to say "Hey, this is a great idea!".. and Bas didn't let me down.
Bas told me in an email that he wanted to create a site similar to this.. and then I got to thinking. I frequent the Björk.com 4um, and people are always posting messages to Björk, or asking for Björk's email address.
Wouldn't it be nice if everyone who wanted to write a letter to Björk could do so?
I want to create a webring type of thing. A collective of letters for Björk. Maybe she'll read them.. maybe she won't.
I understand not everyone has access to webspace, and I am willing to host others letters to Björk. I do have limits on webspace, so I can't host everyone's letters. If you have a website, or have access to one, then please do not ask me to host your letter. If you qualify
for hosting, you will not have access to ftp. You can email me the content, and I will upload it, and add it to the links page.
If you have webspace, but need help with building the site, I am more than happy to help! Just email me and I will do my best to help you! I work full time, so sometimes it takes me a day or so
to answer my email! Also if you have any other questions that need to be answered, just let me know! This is my passion!
I will be somewhat selective about letters I want to be a part of this community. If you are going to do this, please be serious. Speak from your heart. What I do not want to see is letters
that simply scream; "I Love u Björk!!" or "I want to have your babies.." you get the point.
